Growing up Adrian seemed just as normal as any young girl, but she developed manic episodes where her insanity would cause her to be uncontrollable. She was angry, depressed or extremely excitable. For a while her parents put her on a mild dose of medicine, and therapy where they thought that her problem was cured. She is extremely bright, and loves to write which is something that helps her deal with her insanity. Then, she dropped into a deep depression and started to develop hallucinations and the problem got worse. She attempted suicide three times, before her parents decided that the best place for her was in Northwood. Her moods are less noticeably changed then with normal manic depressives, but she can stay longer in a mood than normal. Her hallucinations are normally mild; mainly voices that she swears tell her to hurt herself.
